MISSION OF GOD CLASS

In this class, students will be inspired to develop a passion and conviction for taking the next step toward engaging in God’s global purpose. Through education, application, and Bible study, students will learn about God’s great mission to redeem people from every tribe, tongue, and nation to Himself. They will also move from awareness and exploration to passion and conviction concerning God’s heart for the nations.
Redeemer Christian Church is hosting an extension site and will have video lessons with live discussions.
We would love for you to come on the first night to explore the class. That night is free! Just click here so we can include you for dinner.
Course fee includes the class, dinner each week, and the Mission of God handbook. We also recommend purchasing Discovering the Mission of God which can be found on Amazon for around $35.
TAIWAN
JUNE 22 - JULY 1
At Redeemer Christian Church we long to glorify Jesus Christ, in the context of community and relationships, to see cultures transformed. Mission Taiwan is a unique organization that shares Redeemer’s vision for mission as they provide opportunities for the people of Taichung, Taiwan to encounter Jesus through relationships with his disciples, in hopes of seeing the island of Taiwan transformed.
Redeemer partners with Mission Taiwan, and Taichung Baptist Church by putting on a summer English camp for College and High School Students to practice conversational English with Americans. In Taiwan, being able to speak English is a very valuable skill, so this camp is a huge blessing to the students who attend. This year Mission Taiwan hopes that the camp will have around 100 students from 5 different universities and a few high schools. During this camp, we get to travel throughout Taiwan with the students as we surf, white water raft and trace rivers together, all while building deep meaningful relationships with our new friends as we share our lives with one another and guide them towards a local church in Taichung.

MEXICO
To Be Determined
Redeemer has been given a mission to help people know Jesus, to see our communities transformed, and culture impacted. We go about that mission in many ways, from Community Groups, to sending missionaries abroad. One way Redeemer goes on mission is by partnering with Casas por Cristo to build houses in Juarez, Mexico.
By building a house for a family in need, we are able to show them hope, build a relationship, and connect them to Christ. We are also getting to help a local church by offering their members some stability and care.
